The "company" behind everything I ship: multiplayer games, live game companions, Discord automations, desktop apps, and self-hosted utilities — all designed, built, deployed, and maintained by one person from a homelab. Factions of Fate
A hidden identity board game for 6-12 players with a 30-60 minute playtime, inspired by the 2005 Japanese board game "Shadow Hunters." Three unique factions, secret abilities, and strategic map movement — over 700 hours of solo design and development with playtesting ongoing since 2023.
Photography
My photo portfolio, fully self-hosted and built from scratch: travel sets from Japan and Korea, astrophotography, and drone work. Publishing a new album is as simple as dropping a folder of photos on the server — a file watcher auto-generates WebP renditions with Sharp and extracts EXIF data for display, no database or CMS required.
Enterprise Homelab
A robust home lab built on dual Lenovo P910 servers running TrueNAS, a Unifi Enterprise Fortress Gateway firewall, and a full Unifi network stack — 10Gb aggregation core, PoE switches, Power Distribution Pro PDU, and APC 1500 VA Lithium UPS units.
